We’re looking for two experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our growing team at Quay Crew, a leading superyacht crew recruitment agency based in Bournemouth. This is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic environment, working with a highly skilled team in the heart of the luxury lifestyle sector. Normally these job adverts are long lists of what we want but we want to start with why we are a good company to work for.

- Rewards and Recognition: We believe in recognising and rewarding success. Enjoy a good salary, from £30k -£40k depending on experience and provable billing history, plus a good commission structure, quarterly bonuses, team bonuses etc.
- Holiday: Benefit from 24 days holiday plus bank holidays, including additional leave with time served. The office is also closed for Christmas week which normally equates to around 10/11 days off, ensuring you have the time to recharge and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
- Early Finishes: We finish at 3.30pm on a Friday. If you hit target you can finish at 1pm on Fridays.
- Hybrid Working Model: Quay Crew values flexibility. Following your probationary period, we operate a hybrid working model that allows you to work three days in the office and two days from home (Tuesday & Thursday).

- Longevity: We value longevity, and gift our employees an expensive watch after 3 years with us. We offer additional leave with time served but also give 2 weeks extra holiday after 5 years along with a travel voucher, and an extra month paid leave after 8 years.
