Coach and mentor key individuals, ensuring long-term competency and motivation.
Recognise and reward great performance, maintaining a positive work environment.
Implement staff engagement surveys and act on findings.
Prior COO/General Manager/Managing Director experience in a similar-sized business or operating unit of a larger organisation. If you have worked in the tech or software industry this would be a bonus but industry experience is not a key factor. We would like to see demonstrable career growth, positioning this role as a natural next step. Highly numerate and financially astute, with a passion for data and management information.
Strong prioritisation skills, separating the important from the urgent.
Passionate about BAU, with strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail skills.
