This role will be the lynchpin to the success of Key Accounts Department. Ensuring that BLK BOX not only uphold & deliver upon contract SLA’s, but to strengthen and develop lasting relationships with our key clients. Working closely alongside the Key Accounts Manager, this role will facilitate the administration & support required for BLK BOX to successfully deliver end-to-end projects for our clients across the UK and Europe.

Supporting our Key Accounts team to ensure best in class levels of service and project delivery for our contracted partners.

Previous Experience: Similar experience working in an administrative and/or sales- oriented support role.
Adaptability to both work strategically & tactically, based on real-time events and data.
A process-driven approach with strong planning skills.
Excel Proficiency: Great IT skills with demonstratable experience of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel with knowledge to an advanced level, with the ability and experience in creating your own range of formulas to meet a requested output.
A proven track record of planning and delivery a range of projects from brief through to delivery.
