We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our creative technology ecosystem. The CTO will play a pivotal role in defining and implementing our multi-year technology strategy, placing technology at the heart of our business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of technology trends, a proven track record in leadership, and a passion for driving innovation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Proven experience (15 years) in a senior leadership role overseeing technology functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Strategic Leadership: Develop and articulate a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Lead the implementation of initiatives to drive content production efficiency, effectiveness, and governance.
# Governance, Process, and Implementation: Work directly with the departmental leads to develop clear governance processes and implementation standards that build a solid foundation upon which to develop a world class technology ecosystem centered around our clients.
# Oversee the heads of department in IT, Engineering, Product, Business Intelligence, Infosec and Customer Success, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
# Technology Compliance: Work closely with our privacy, infosec and legal teams to develop a compliant and governed technology ecosystem centered around accountability, risk mitigation and agility.
# Technology Roadmap: Drive innovation in next-generation production technology product development.
# Budget Management: Manage technology budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
# Data and Insights: Champion the development and implementation of a best-in-class business intelligence ecosystem, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
# Partnerships and Alliances: Be the point person for senior strategic relationships with key suppliers and vendors whilst vetting new platforms and services, ensuring that our technology ecosystem is always underpinned by a best-in-class infrastructure.
# AI Implementation: Demonstrate expertise in implementing AI into enterprise businesses, with a focus on generative AI applications in a production agency setting. Lead efforts to integrate AI technologies to enhance content production processes and outcomes in a safe, responsible, scalable, and observable manner.
# Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to cross functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Drive employee engagement and development initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
