Since our foundation in 2021, Interpath has grown rapidly, and we now have a presence across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Spain, BVI, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Barbados, and Hong Kong. Our Corporate Simplification team specialises in Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs) and has helped to successfully prepare for and implement the elimination of thousands of solvent legal entities, both on a standalone basis and working alongside tax, legal and accounting specialists as part of broader group reorganisation/Legal Entity Rationalisation (LER) projects.
We are seeking an Associate to join our UK team. This is a hybrid role, based in our Glasgow office, supporting our Assistant Managers and management team across the UK.
Adding opportunities and contacts to our CRM system
Completing due diligence searches (land registry, pensions, ICO, health and safety, etc)
Logging and assisting with the adjudication of creditor claims
Corresponding with HMRC (CT Services, VAT, PAYE, MVL helpdesk) by email, letter and phone call
Researching complex groups and other ad hoc targeting tasks
Completing other ad hoc administrative tasks as directed
Have a professional and positive telephone/video conference manner
Be IT literate with experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience of working in an office environment and dealing with client onboarding/AML, MVL and the IPS software system would be preferrable but not essential. Training on all systems will be provided.
Candidates must have at least 4 Highers (or equivalent) including Maths and English.
