Your role will encompass overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue while infusing it with fresh and innovative concepts to propel growth. Confident in your abilities, you'll adeptly navigate interactions with staff, guests, and management alike, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction across the board.

Play an active role in recruiting, training, and managing staff, maintaining optimal staffing levels for all events.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance performance and foster professional development.
Assume full financial responsibility for the events business, devising budgets and business plans in collaboration with the directors.
Partner with directors to establish ambitious goals and targets that drive business growth, development, and alignment with financial and CSR objectives.

Strong understanding of P&L and financial principles is crucial.
Familiarity with hospitality health & safety standards, as well as Food & Beverage procedures, is expected.
Flexibility is key, as you'll need to be available to work weekends/evenings and during peak periods.
A valid driver's license is necessary due to our rural location.

Job Type: Full-time, 40 Hour working week.
