Due to the continued rapid growth of the business, we are pleased to be recruiting a corporate solicitor with a minimum of 15 years' experience. The right candidate will join a team of solicitors specialising in various areas of law and act on behalf of a broad range of UHNW clients in the U.K. & abroad. The corporate solicitor will oversee all aspects of corporate law for Frei solicitors and their clients, advising clients on various issues such as contract issues, financing, shareholder arrangements, etc. This is a unique opportunity for a corporate solicitor to lead within their area of expertise, gain exposure and solidify their position on an international level. Requirements:
- U.K qualified.
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience.
- HNW/UHNW client exposure (desirable).
- Able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a global/diverse outlook and understanding of cultures and traditions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure with limited supervision.
- Travel to clients if required (U.K. & abroad).
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
- I.T proficient.
- Have strong client relationship management experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
- Travel to clients nationally and internationally as and when required.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Have exposure to UHNWI & luxury environment.
- Be able to work autonomously.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a global/diverse outlook and understanding of cultures and traditions.
- Exhibit confidentiality, diplomacy and emotional intelligence.
