Our home performs incredibly well and has been recognised for our outstanding levels of care by the families of our clients as well as the Care Inspectorate and local authorities. Provide strong leadership and management to the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are always maintained.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and personal growth.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders, promoting open communication and a person-centred approach to care.
Manage the financial aspects of the nursing home, including budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance, implementing necessary changes and improvements to enhance the overall quality of care and resident satisfaction.
Proven experience in managing a care home, with a strong track record of success in delivering high quality care and achieving good CI ratings.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the regulatory framework
Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, resource management, and cost control.
