The Opportunity

The successful candidate will help schedule the workload of 45+ UK-wide consultants. The successful candidate will possess good telephone and IT skills and will need to be well-organised with the ability to plan and work to deadlines. Previous experience in scheduling and preparation of fee proposals would be an advantage. The role also involves assisting with general administration duties. Reporting to the Scheduling Lead, this post offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

The post can be on the basis of full-time or part-time i.e. 3 or 4 days per week and will be based from our Elsworth office embracing hybrid working.

Key skills required:

  • Strong I.T. skills including use of Office products, and web-based systems
  • Excellent people skills and an ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Great attention to detail
  • Highly organised, ability to manage deadlines and projects
