  • Position : Specialist Chef de Partie - South Asian
  • Employer : Fine dining Indian restaurant
  • Location: Birmingham
  • Salary : £29,000 to £34,000
  • Working hours / days 38 to 40 within a 5/6 day week
  • Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata),income boosting incentives, employers workplace pension, meals on duty etc and more
  • Prospects: Salary review; recognition and reward for outstandingperformance

Skilfully preparing, cooking and finishing a range of complex dishes and delicacies specific to country and regional theme of our restaurant and menu. Further duties and responsibilities include a range of kitchen operation tasks commensurate with job role

To qualify for selection you must have the following minimum requirements: -
  • Eligibility to live and work in UK
  • High levelcreative skills and mastery in preparation of authentic South Asian dishes and other specialities
  • Previous experience in this role as per UKVI Skilled Worker criteria ( for non UK applicants )
  • Resident within commutable distance of up to 1 hour

  • Creative energetic and passionate about delivering culinary excellence
  • A hardworking, fastidious and conscientious individual
  • FAST PACED AND BE ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE
