Your New Role:

The SAP Digital Supply Chain Director role is part of this organisation's Powered Enterprise approach for cloud-based solutions. As a Supply Chain Director, you’ll lead business development, sales initiatives, and high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and delivery projects.

Responsibilities:
  1. Business Development:
    - Engaging in bid, proposal, and contract negotiations with SAP clients.
    - Leading the growth of the SAP Supply Chain Capability by sharing knowledge and developing thought leadership.
  2. Client Delivery:
    - Providing specialist advice in SAP Digital Supply Chain management.
    - Optimising processes and maximising SAP benefits in collaboration with client leads.
  3. Functional Expertise:
    - Having a deep understanding of the latest SAP Digital Supply Chain suite and roadmap.
    - Advising on migration to SAP S/4HANA.
  4. Industry Experience:
    - Implementing SAP S/4 in manufacturing, consumer packaging goods, pharmaceuticals, or retail.
Skills and Experience Needed:
  1. Functional Expertise:
    - Deep understanding of the latest SAP Digital Supply Chain suite and roadmap.
    - Knowledge of digital supply chain trends, such as Industry and digital manufacturing.
  2. Business Development and Sales:
    - Experience leading business development and sales initiatives, including bid, proposal, and contract negotiations with SAP clients.
    - Ability to grow the SAP Supply Chain Capability by sharing knowledge and developing thought leadership.
  3. Client Delivery:
    - Proven track record in leading high-quality SAP S/4HANA advisory and delivery projects.
    - Specialist advice in SAP Digital Supply Chain management, optimizing processes, and maximizing SAP benefits.
  4. Industry Experience:
    - Implementation experience with SAP S/4 in manufacturing industries, consumer packaging goods, pharmaceuticals, or retail.
  5. Leadership and Communication:
    - Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
    - Effective leadership abilities to lead onshore, offshore, and near-shore resources.
