Deputy Care Manager required in Basingstoke for a residential care home
£Full Time day shifts - 40 hours per week

Must have senior care / team leader or deputy experience within a care home.

My client requires a dedicated Deputy Care Manager to work within a beautiful residential home in Basingstoke. My client offers Nursing care to Elderly & Dementia based residents. You will have excellent leadership qualities as will be involved in the management of the staff. You will be directly involved with senior management and will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.

Permanent
Days - Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
Elderly & Dementia Care

You will be responsible for ensuring the very best person-centred care service is provided to our residents whilst promoting their interests and understanding their needs

Working with the registered manager, you will continually ensure that company's business objectives and the Care Quality Commission compliance criteria are met, by cultivating good working relationships with all your stakeholders and actively work in a collaborative way to ensure our service and care levels are outstanding

You will also be working closely with the Hospitality and Maintenance teams to ensure the best standards in the home's environment, including food presentation standards, housekeeping standards and the care and maintenance of residents' clothing and building
