To assist with the day to day running of the Compliance Department and to help communicate, maintain and monitor the on-going compliance activities within the business ensuring all regulatory requirements are fulfilled, documented allowing the business to operate effectively.


Work in collaboration with Business Units to enhance compliance and strengthen business processes
• Support building Continuity Plan and improve current processes
• Manage the updating of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) documentation
• Conducting interviews and surveys to ensure that employees are compliant with regulations across the company’s various departments
• Conducting investigations to discover the root cause of compliance problems when they arise
• Educating employees and partners through documentations and brochures on how to improve compliance
• Examining and improving auditing processes to resolve compliance issues fast or prevent them entirely

Strong legal compliance experience and understanding auditing
• Understanding of the importance of business controls & legal compliance
