Global Digital Operations Director

PHD Global has an exciting opportunity for a talented digital media lead to operationalize a new global digital operating model for one of our prestigious PHD Worldwide clients, Diageo. The Digital Operations Director will oversee global digital governance and global enablement deliverables. This role involves setting up a new governance process to drive systematic and enterprise-level change across 60+ markets. The Director will also ensure that enablement resources are focused on the right initiatives to drive in-market KPI growth. Responsibilities include building a new global governance program on the existing media and data operations infrastructure, as well as ensuring consistent local application of new automated tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ad tech, taxonomy, dashboarding, and digital buying platforms, along with the ability to navigate and influence global agency and client operations. Reporting to the Global Head of Digital & Data for Diageo, this role requires a high level of operational excellence. The Director will prioritize the global OMG team's enablement focus across data-led planning, digital platforms, and data activation, while collaborating closely with regional teams. Collaboration within the existing operations infrastructure is essential to establish the new transformation program. Project-based resources will aid in the initial development of governance dashboards, setting up new governance technologies, and defining processes for capturing efficiencies.
