We are looking for an experienced Membership Executive passionate about pets, making meaningful connections and providing exceptional service. If you are a devoted animal lover with a flair for nurturing relationships and a keen interest in business development, then you could be the perfect match for this caring and innovative veterinary startup family
At the heart of their mission, they're transforming the veterinary experience into something truly special for pets, their families, and veterinarians alike. Fresh off the excitement of securing £7 million in funding, we are searching for a warm-hearted Membership Executive to join their journey. Your role will be pivotal in welcoming local pet parents into the Creature Comforts family, ensuring they feel understood, cared for, and valued.
This role is hands-on and based in the heart of the community at the St Albans clinic, with regular collaboration at the Edgware Road HQ alongside the Marketing maestros.
Compensation:
We're offering a starting salary of £35,000, complemented by a generous bonus linked to your achievements. Craft and execute innovative strategies to engage with pet parents within your local area, ranging from events to casual conversations in the park.
Lead and inspire a team of brand ambassadors, together amplifying their mission.
You can drive the success of your clinic, including within core membership and additional services, with an eye on sales performance and growth opportunities.
