Senior BMS Engineer Stevenage, SG1 Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 Static Position Are you looking for a role outside of London? Maybe a step up in your career? Or even a static site to avoid constant traffic in your daily work life? In this role as a Senior BMS Engineer you will act as the sole engineer on site responsible for the BMS Controls & Systems with the eventual task of building a small team. The business you will be working for are considered to be one of the biggest FM companies in the UK who also operate throughout the rest of Europe and into America. As a business they employ over 38,000 people across 180 locations. Initially started in 1994 they originally set up in the United States and have grown to become one of the most recognizable businesses in facilities management, construction, industrial and energy infrastructure across building services. The client on site are again a well known pharmaceutical healthcare business. You will be based on the static site in Stevenage. Originally the client was founded in India and has been the supplier and manufacturer of various medicines and vaccines we use in todays society Job Responsibilities for a Senior BMS Engineer: Raising work orders for the team if/when required Co-ordinate any technical queries from the relevant site teams Carry out reactive work and maintenance PPMs to the on-site BMS System Achieve set out business KPIs & SLAs agreed by the company/client To manage workload of the team including assigning and scheduling tasks.
