HCC-TEMPS is a leading temp agency offering competitive weekly pay. We connect talented Chefs with healthcare and hospitality clients across the UK for immediate cover, holiday cover, and sickness cover.
As a Chef with HCC-TEMPS, you'll create delicious, nutritious meals, plan food menus, and ensure cost-effective, high-quality dishes. You'll collaborate with kitchen staff and other chefs to deliver exceptional food.
Perform practical duties related to meal preparation using powered equipment and manual handling techniques.
Instruct and supervise co-workers in food preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation.
Monitor and maintain hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with HACCP and Infection Prevention & Control standards.
Inspect and manage stock to meet established standards and policy.
Level 2 Food Safety Certificates
Awareness of manual handling techniques and COSHH regulations
Initial Interview- Phone
Submittraining certificates, DBS certificate, passport, right to work, proof of NI, proof of address, and two references
