Your role as Senior Python Developer Dissect

Dissect is an open-source framework developed by Fox-IT for collecting and analyzing large amounts of forensic data. It is a game-changer in incident response, used by leading cybersecurity companies and government agencies. It enables data acquisition and analysis on thousands of systems in minutes, regardless of the nature and size of the IT environment that needs to be investigated after an attack. This leads to faster insights into the impact of the incident.

As a Senior Python Developer, you are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining this advanced Python framework. You play an important role in the team by leading technical discussions, coaching junior developers and ensuring code quality. You will work together with other team members and be in close contact with the analysts of the DFIR team to deliver innovative solutions. Your expertise in Python and contribution to the Dissect Framework are essential for the success of the incident response services and directly contribute to a safer society.

Have you always wanted to be the reason that the new techniques of APTs, ransomware groups and state actors can be unraveled?

You understand operating systems on a deeper level, are not afraid to refresh or expand this knowledge and ultimately know how to translate this knowledge into useful additions for the Dissect Framework. This is your contribution to a more secure society.

  • Extensive knowledge of Python
