Role Overview As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of their office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll support the team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Your role is crucial in maintaining the high standards our clients expect and ensuring our projects are delivered seamlessly.
Office Administration:
Manage daily office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
Oversee office layout, design, and ensure a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Support HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.
Organize team-building activities and company events to promote a positive office culture.
Financial & Operational Tasks:
Assist with project management by coordinating schedules, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients and contractors.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an office management or administrative role, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with project management tools.
