Our Client is looking for a forward thinking proactive Depot Manager to join a leading distribution business based In Clutton Hill, Bristol.

The role will be responsible for the complete management of the branch with specific emphasis on the Warehousing and transport activities on site, whilst ensuring service and cost levels hit the targets set by the business.

You will be tasked with introducing updated working practices and systems to reduce total direct costs and improve service levels. Key to this role will be the continued motivation of the branch operational staff, and strengthening our culture of service and productivity.

Candidates applying for this opportunity must have previous experience of working as a Depot Manager or equivalent. You must be accustomed to setting and managing performance through KPI's and driving business objectives through influencing your people. Commercially astute and able to develop the operation, you will be a highly motivated individual who can foster a positive culture on site.

This is a key role in the on-going success of the business and will offer substantial job satisfaction to the successful candidate.
