The primary purpose of this role to conduct retrofit assessments to industry standards, alongside technically surveying

vulnerable, we place great emphasis on accessing funding streams that enables us to provide a reduced or no cost solution. As a retrofit assessor your key roles are to: • Conduct retrofit assessments to an industry acceptable standard. • Conduct technical surveys in a timely, accurate manner. • Liaise with retrofit co-ordinators to ensure projects are compliant and viable. • Accurately and neatly depict to scale floor plans of properties, always maintaining a consistent key. Essential Qualified Retrofit Assessor with certification (Essential) Full UK Driving License (Essential) Previous experience working with building fabric. The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Experience in technical surveying loft and cavity wall insulation Flexible, with a willingness to travel Additional Company Benefits:
