- Data Preparation: Create high-performance data sets for reporting and analytics.
- Dashboard Development: Craft Tableau dashboards for informed decisions.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of enhancement.
- Project Ownership: Lead analytics projects following Agile practices.
- Mentorship: Guide junior team members to enhance skills.
- Data Advocacy: Foster data literacy for data-driven decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years as a Data Analyst/Scientist.
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
