What can you expect?
  • In this role, you will provide second and third-level support in the customer's own ticket system and provide user support for software and hardware queries and faults.
  • You create problem analyses and are responsible for the systematic preparation of tickets for the internal development department.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining the database system (Oracle) and supporting Windows servers and clients.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the customer's own software systems and some customer installations with CheckMK
  • You support the planning, conception and implementation of topics in the software environment of our customers
What should you bring with you?
  • You have successfully completed an IT apprenticeship and have relevant professional experience in the administration of IT systems or IT service management.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft infrastructures and services (Active Directory, Remote Desktop Services)
  • You have knowledge of network technologies, domain structures, virtualization mechanisms, server services and have some scripting experience.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Oracle and manage our network just as securely as the Active Directory.
  • You are communicative, customer and service-oriented and a team player
  • Very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
