Digital Performance Account Director

We combine our unique technology platform and unrivalled expertise so that marketers can engage shoppers and inspire them to buy their products in the store or channel of their choice.
The position involves providing comprehensive support to our retail clients whilst also supporting our operations team in Poland, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met, and delivering services in a professional and timely manner. The candidate will support clients throughout their coupon journey, from initial setup to final reporting, while also offering administrative support to the operations team. Client Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for retail clients, ensuring all SLAs are met.
Support retail clients with:
Campaign management, monitoring, and reporting
Purchase Order (PO) and invoice processes
Oversee fraud prevention by managing "not on file" coupons and coordinating with coupon owners (contracted and non-contracted).
Operations Support:
Provide administrative support to the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Maintain and update all ‘Master Data’ received via a variety of channels that include but are not limited to: PromoHub™ , Retailer registration/changes, RRS Processing advice , MRS Processing advice
Support operations with retail client process audits, eg retailer cheques
Contribute to a positive, supportive company culture by working collaboratively and maintaining open communication.
Comfortable with MS 365 (training provided on internal systems/applications)
Customer service / Account support experience
Strong customer service orientation
Client facing skills – delivering best in class service
Excellent data entry input skills with an emphasis on data quality and compliance.
Excellent time management.
Interests in retailing and/or promotional marketing
Hybrid working environment (Mondays & Thursdays, we are all in office)
