Overall responsibility of the entirety of the Post Completion Department (UK and Overseas)
Lead, mentor, and manage the post-completion department to ensure high performance, professional development, and a collaborative working environment.
Ensure all post-completion activities comply with legal requirements, regulatory standards, and company policies. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the post-completion process. Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including lenders, local authorities, and other third parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Prepare and present regular reports on post-completion activities, performance metrics, and key issues to senior management.
Be a senior voice across the firm, supporting other colleagues with challenges and problem solving.
Proven track record of managing and leading a team in a legal or conveyancing environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant IT systems
