Job Title: Regional Mechanical & Electrical Lead

Our client is a leading UK-based provider of infrastructure solutions, operating a network of strategically located data centres that enable businesses to innovate and grow. We are seeking a Regional Mechanical & Electrical Lead to provide important technical support for the operation and maintenance of key data centre systems and infrastructure. This role focuses on safety and reducing risks while maintaining high operational standards in our facilities.

Oversee high and critical mechanical and electrical operations, maintenance, and energy management.
Minimise risk and ensure compliance with established safe systems of work.
Serve as the technical lead for Data Centre Managers.
Plan mechanical/electrical maintenance and document deferred maintenance.
Support energy management programs and oversee project collaboration with the Project Manager.
Conduct asset lifecycle management and assist with CAPEX requirements.
Provide primary technical support for site engineers and management.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), formal electrical training, and a full UK driving licence.
Desirable: AP15 course, HV Authorised Person experience, and data centre management certifications.
Experience in a demanding data centre environment, client-facing roles, and people management.
Budget management experience.
Understanding of data centre services, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
