The difference you will make as a Sales Manager. You will be responsible for leading our Sales and New Business team, driving national sales service and ensuring annual goals are met. Additionally, you'll play a key role in contributing to the development of new products focused on low-cost home ownership

and intermediate tenures. About you We are looking for someone with

Successful track record of sales & marketing of the Affordable Shared Ownership product within a Housing Association. Experience of managing budgets. Experience of successfully leading, managing and motivating teams, including managing team performance. In depth knowledge of industry legislations. Why Riverside?
