With a focus on cutting-edge technology and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. Technical Support:
· Provide technical assistance to customers in person, over the phone, or via email.
· Customer Training:
· Conduct training sessions for customers on the correct installation, commissioning, use and maintenance of ventilation systems.
· Create training materials and documentation for customers.
Quality Assurance:
· Ensure that all ventilation systems meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
· Feedback and support product improvements
As part of a technical team work closely with sales teams to provide technical support during pre-sales activities.
· Maintain accurate records of service and maintenance activities.
· Update CRM cases with case notes and provide customer reports on recommendations.
Respond promptly to customer service calls and provide timely solutions.
Inventory Management:
· Monitor and manage inventory of spare parts and necessary equipment for maintenance tasks.
· Electro-mechanical apprenticeship with at least 5 years of field maintenance /repair experience HNC or NVQ level 4/5 preferred.
· Understanding of electrical/mechanical machine performance and reliability measurements.
· Sound persuasion and communication skills, face to face and on phone and email with experience in presenting training sessions
· Knowledge of mechanical ventilation products and regulations
