As the linchpin of manufacturing operations, the Production Manager will orchestrate the entire production lifecycle. The essence of this role is to ensure the seamless execution of manufacturing processes, from planning and coordination to control, delivering products that meet the pinnacle of quality and timeliness, all within the allocated budget.
The successful candidate will champion the production team, guiding them to fulfil the manufacturing blueprint with precision, adhering to the highest standards of quality, legality, and safety.

Masterminding manufacturing and production workflows.
- Inventory management within the department.
- Crafting and implementing production timetables.
- Procurement and upkeep of production equipment.
- Monitoring and enhancing productivity and quality control.
- Staff training, mentorship, and management.
- Advocating safety, health, environment, and quality directives.
- In-depth product knowledge within the production domain.
- Proven people management skills.
