Buildings Inspector

We are looking for a Wiring Harness Build Inspector to join our final inspection team within a busy production department. This is a Fixed Term role for a period of 12 months.
The Harness Build Inspectors primary function is to ensure that all products in build within the harness manufacturing area meet all specifications and all relevant documentation is completed.
Inspecting all components and assemblies at all stages of the manufacturing process.
Responsible for checking, progressing and collating accurate build and inspection records with supervision of current inspectors.
Ensuring all associated documentation is completed correctly and accurately (Batch follower/ works order cards), with supervision of current inspectors.
Alerting the Quality team/ Inspector/ Team Leader/ Production Engineer of ongoing and potential problems (Process and workmanship).
Previous experience with wire cable/ wire harnessing assembly is desirable but not essential.
