You will manage the Information Solutions Platform Team, partnering closely with platform and business product managers across IS to ensure the agreed product roadmap is completed in a timely way to meet IS sales and revenue targets. This includes deploying resources effectively, ensuring that requirements are documented accurately for development, making critical decisions on development priorities to drive product value, and serving as the representative of the product management team to development, content ops, and UX . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
10 years of experience working in an Agile or Scrum development environment, ideally in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager role
10 years of experience working in the information industry with large scale data systems
Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must, including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information
Experience with best practice agile scrum development
Excellent people, management, and clear communication skills to interact with colleagues, cross-functional teams & third parties
Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customer-first mindset
Managing a team of platform product management professionals to ensure timely roadmap delivery. Working in an Agile environment and continuously reviewing the business needs, priorities, milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks
Working with cross-functional teams & stakeholders: analytics, UX, engineering, and user enablement
Reporting and analysis of usage data with actionable outcomes for the Information Solutions organization
Develop & maintain appropriate tracking/reporting of product performance to evaluate future investment
Full time, permanent

Hybrid position (2-3 days a week in the office)
