Your role overview

You will play a key role in our customer engagement & quotation process for Westbase solutions. You will work closely with potential, new & existing customers, providing them with exceptional service while providing accurate & competitive quotations for our services. You will manage c.50 customer accounts as part of the Partner Team portfolio and deliver sales and service as a member of the Partner Team. You will also work closely with our Account Management and Business Development teams to support their sales opportunities.

Your outcomes – what will you be delivering

  • New sales to existing and new customers matching their needs to the Westbase product range.
  • Undertaking new sales order processing, so that our customers receive the products and services that they need in a timely and predictable manner.
  • Engagement with new customers, helping them understand the Westbase service offering, either supporting them directly or connecting them to the right person to help them within the Westbase Group.
  • Helping customers with queries and support for their existing products and services
  • Delivering against your personal objectives for service and sales that links directly to your quarterly bonus award.

Your accountabilities - what you will be doing

  • Working in collaboration with Sales Team(s) to enable sales and growth across established accounts.
  • Managing accounts and driving sales as part of the Partner Team Sales plan.
  • Driving sales in nominated accounts.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications to & from our customers in a clear and professional manner ensuring their requirements are fully understood and appropriately met.
  • Research accounts, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate sales.
  • Consistently meet Sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop relevant product knowledge and skills of all existing and new company products.
  • Supporting our customers throughout the sales process.
  • Use the internal Client Relationship Management and Accounting software to input, process and verify data entry relating to our customers, sales transactions, payments and stock levels.
  • Supporting the sales team with Sales Administration tasks.
  • Qualifying new customer leads.

Your experience & qualifications – you’re someone who has

  • Experience in Sales, Sales Development, Telesales, or Lead Generation.
  • Experience in a similar role (e.g. Inside Sales Executive, Inside Sales Representative).
  • Helped customers with queries or problems, seeing issues through to a positive conclusion for the customer.
  • A keen interest in technology, it’s application and how technology can help businesses to perform better.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales workflow systems.
