Job Title: Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor or CILEx Probate Litigation & Property Litigation
Location: Remote. Offices based in the South West.
Hours: Full time. May be flexible.
You will be managing a caseload of civil and commercial litigation claims with the aim to take over the head of department. This position does NOT involve and Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence claims. The firm has offices across the South West but this position can be offered on a remote basis, however you must have prior experience working remotely. You can work in the office if you prefer.

Experience managing a caseload of commercial & Civil litigation matters. Solid track record of billing.
