Service Maintenance Engineer Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established and reputable Air Conditioning company based in London and surrounding areas. Due to growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Service Maintenance Engineer to support their expanding team working on both commercial and domestic sites. Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out a wide range of service and maintenance works on air conditioning and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnosing and fault finding.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
  • Maintenance and commissioning a variety of air Conditioning systems.
  • Completing site reports & commissioning documents.
  • Completing F-Gas records, waste transfer notes and tracking all refrigerants.
The ideal candidate:
  • Will have experience using conditioning systems such as VRV’s, VRF’s, splits, ASHP’s and multi splits as well as AHU’s.
  • Strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
  • Ideally 5 years’ experience working in a similar role such as a Service Maintenance Engineer.
