Salary: £30k - £45k + Excellent Benefits

Full Time, Permanent, Monday - Friday (9am - 5:30pm)

The Client:

Our client is a prominent law firm, providing comprehensive legal advice for both corporate and individual matters.

The Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you will manage a comprehensive range of family law cases, from initiation to completion including divorce, adoption, childcare, domestic violence, and more.

Duties:

* Handling a full range of family law cases, including Legal Aid and private matters.

* Managing all stages of family, divorce, adoption, and childcare issues.

* Providing support in family mediation and domestic violence cases.

* Dealing with family financial and property arrangements.

* Leading mediation sessions.

Requirements:

* Previously worked as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer or in a similar role.

* Eexperience in family law and matrimonial cases.

* Capability to independently manage a caseload with minimal oversight.

* Strong prioritisation and proactive working skills.

* Essential knowledge of Legal Aid procedures.

Benefits:

* £1,000 welcome bonus after six months of continuous service.
