A fully “Good” premium care home in Ludlow is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN) to join the team and lead expert nursing care as a Unit Manager. Integrating dementia-friendly techniques throughout, residents receive expert support for complex health needs while retaining their independence and enjoying a luxury living experience – complete with private en-suite bedrooms, on-site salon, chef-prepared menus, beautiful gardens, and a simply packed activities programme. As Unit Manager, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring nursing care within your unit: assessing and devising care plans for new and existing residents, managing and mentoring your team, and building strong relationships to maintain the safest and most effective level of care possible for your residents.
