As we are undergoing rapid growth we are looking for a Consulting Director to join our team, in a senior role in the business.

The role will be a senior member of the management team, with responsibility for the following areas.

Service development - Evolving and developing existing services and approaches and bringing on new services to meet the requirements of the market. Maintain and update strong documented delivery methodologies for all service areas

Project oversight - Overseeing the scoping, set up and timely delivery of all projects, ensuring a consistent and effective approach, working closely with clients and delivery teams.

Client engagement – Advising clients on solutions to meet their requirements in collaboration with the client engagement team, contributing to bids and proposals, creating collateral, writing marketing content for blogs, posts, web site updates etc.

Talent pool - Build and maintain a pool of senior consultants to provide SME support and lead on projects

Networking with potential clients, stakeholders, influencers and partners across the industry to build contacts, identify opportunities and promote the business

Horizon scanning, to stay ahead of market trends to help shape the strategic direction of the business.

We are looking for an ambitious individual with broad digital health knowledge at a senior level, across acute and other care settings. Ideally you will have,

  • Experience across a range of digital health areas, including, strategy, implementation and optimisation
  • Project and programme management experience
  • Commercial experience within digital health
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at a senior level
  • A good networker, with a demonstrable network of contacts within the digital health sector
  • A structured approach with the ability to think and plan tactically and creatively and to prioritise work programs in the face of competing demands
