Are you a skilled technician passionate about cell culture and lab ops? We are currently seeking a Cell Culture Research Associate to join a dynamic biotech in Cambridge who are pioneering the next generation of genetic nanomedicines. This role is crucial for maintaining various cell lines and supporting the smooth functioning of their lab operations.

The Research Associate will be responsible for the daily management of cell cultures and will support broader lab activities. This position is designed to complement the efforts of their scientists by taking on more general lab duties, allowing them to focus on the scientific development of cell cultures.

Routine Lab Tasks: Perform common cell-based assays like flow cytometry, ELISA, viability, stability, and mycoplasma testing.
Lab Support: Assist with ordering and managing lab supplies and reagents, maintain lab cleanliness, and organize lab resources.
Work closely with research associates to facilitate cell culture tasks and contribute to the team's scientific initiatives.
