This independent group is a leading healthcare provider in Southampton who are committed to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy in Southampton. Manage and lead a team of pharmacy professionals, maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient workflows, inventory management, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Maintain a high level of customer service, providing advice, and building strong relationships with patients.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and safety of pharmaceutical services.
Ensure the pharmacy complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
26 per hour
Working hours of Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)
Ideally work Saturday morning (9am-1pm)
5 weeks holiday per annum including bank holidays
Bonus scheme available
Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a pharmacy setting.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and industry best practices.
