We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to guide, inspire, and lead a team in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5.
*Position Overview:* As the Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the daily experiences of children in your care. Leading by example, you will oversee the operations of your assigned room, ensuring a stimulating and supportive environment that promotes each child's individual development.
*Plan and deliver engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.
* Conduct regular observations, assessments, and record-keeping for individual child development.
* Collaborate with the management team to implement nursery policies and procedures.
*Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience in a leadership role within a nursery setting.
* In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
