As a Drama teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students in the creative arts. Your main responsibilities will include planning and delivering dynamic Drama lessons, developing students' performance skills, and fostering their creativity. You will work closely with other teachers, parents, and the wider school community to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
At Wayman Group, we understand the importance of a strong work-life balance, and we believe in providing ongoing support to our teachers. Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons, tailored to students' abilities and interests
Develop students' performance skills, confidence, and creativity through workshops and practical activities
Collaborate with colleagues to create and implement a comprehensive Drama curriculum
Participate in school events, such as productions, competitions, and parent-teacher meetings
A Bachelor's degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Drama to primary and secondary school students
Strong knowledge of Drama theory, techniques, and curriculum frameworks
Passion for Drama and the ability to inspire and engage students in the creative arts
