Tax Manager - Real Estate
We are working with a leading Not for Profit Housing orgisation who have a rich history of over c50 years across the Southeast who lead the way with affordable housing.
You will be working with the Head of Tax working on both compliance & advisory projects within tax compliance/regulations and tax strategies.
You will ideally be a CTA/ACA qualified tax advisor with ideally over 3 year post qualified experience who enjoys compliance, project management & advisory with a working knowledge of the Real Estate, Housing, Property sectors.
Within the role you will be overseeing the direct & indirect tax affairs, stamp duty, CIS as well as VAT projects, managing the analysis of the tax returns for the group structures, ensuring that the HMRC returns are correct and completed in a timely manner, identify tax risks for the groups, as well as providing key tax strategy advice the board & management teams.
We feel that will be a great opportunity for a candidate from a Big 4 / Top 20 accounting practice who has a passion for the real estate industry who is keen on their first move away from consulting into the In-house space.
