Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 Monday - Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00 Friday

Hobdens Property Management Ltd are a Managing Agent based in Littlehampton, West Sussex. We have experience in handling all shapes and sizes of leasehold development, from converted properties to purpose-built blocks and also specialise in the management of private estates, which often have a mix of leasehold and freehold property.

The Property Manager is responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of prestigious developments in and around the West Sussex area. To effectively manage the relationship with the customer including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting to clients regularly regarding management of development and attending meetings with customers and clients as required.
Ensuring Customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.
To liaise with our Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development.
To ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost effective.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in the residential property management sector.
Must have a full UK driving license.
Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages.
Previous experience of contract management.
