Work will be working on external works including windows and doors, external decorations (paintings, gutterings etc) and roofing.
The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for
* Visiting residents in their homes and advising them on when and what work is being carried out and how it effects them
* Act as the main point of contact and deal with any problems/queries that the resident may have
* Attending and chairing resident forum meetings to advise residents of works being carried out
* Support customers, responding to their requests
* Liaise with site and head office to resolve any resident issues.
* Collate data from residents
* Identify opportunities to improve processes where possible
* Comply with all legal obligations, including Health and Safety
* Pre-entry visits and company inductions
* Collect resident agreement/approval forms
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in a similar role
* The successful candidate will need an in date CSCS card
* A driving licence and access to thier own vehicle (the properties are all within a 4 mile radius of each other so there is minimal travelling involved)
* Be IT literate - experienced at using Microsoft Teams.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Immediate start available for the right candidate
