Salary: £25,105.23 per year (£13.72 per hour)
Shifts: Monday–Friday, rotating between 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00

As a Production Operative, you’ll be hands-on with our machinery and production processes. You’ll set up equipment, monitor performance, and make adjustments to keep things running smoothly. We use Arctic Shores to help us understand your strengths — no CV required. We need people who are reliable, can work well in a team, and are comfortable in a busy factory setting. Because shifts rotate, living locally or having your own transport is helpful. Previous factory experience is useful, but not essential — we hire for potential and will give you the training you need.
