Senior Structural Engineer - Required for our client who are a forward thinking and independent Civil and Structural Engineering Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for their own projects as well as managing intermediate and graduate engineers in the team. In addition to this, the Structural Engineer will be will be expected to manage project budgets and engage with client and fellow consultants.
The successful Engineer must have a good working knowledge of Steel, Masonry, Timber and RC and also have a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Senior Structural Engineer Position Overview
Liaise with clients, local authorities and other design team members.
Undertake structural surveys and produce reports giving findings, discussion, conclusions and recommendations
Senior Structural Engineer Position Requirements
Competent in designing structures in concrete, steelwork, timber and masonry
HND/HNC in civil or structural engineering
Able to use computer design software packages
Experience in delegating and supervising junior team members
Experienced in new build and refurbishment projects
Working knowledge of SCIA and Tekla Building Designer
Senior Structural Engineer Position Remuneration
