We are seeking an ambitious, experienced and commercially minded  Assistant Data Analyst to join our team in our London HQ.
Data Maintenance and Accuracy
Ensure precise data entry and updates in ERP systems, including inventory and product catalogues.
Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.

Data Support and Troubleshooting
Resolve data discrepancies promptly and provide technical support for data queries.
Collaborate with IT to address system issues impacting data flow.

Data Reporting and Analysis
Support teams in design, merchandising, marketing, and operations with data needs.

Serve as the primary contact for data-related needs across retail, e-commerce, design, and production teams.
Work with supply chain teams to track and report on production and logistics data.

Help implement tools to improve data management and recommend process enhancements.
Document workflows and train team members on data systems and best practices.

Strong Excel skills and experience using pivot tables and advanced formulas.
Problem solver and analytical thinker with a strong commercial understanding.
