As we enter into 2024, OCU Group is continuing to maintain a sustained period of growth and expansion within the water and wastewater sector. Due to this and our continued contract winning success, we currently have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team based in the Northwest, Delamere and Stockport office.
You will be working closely with project managers, construction managers, and other stakeholders.

Preparing tenders for clients and commercial bids to help bring in new business.
Developing and presenting project proposals.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site and project managers.
Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards.
Liaising with technical and financial staff, sub-contractors, legal teams, and the client’s own representatives.
Overseeing final accounts at the end of a project.
Working on-site and in an office.

Degree or HND qualified in Construction or Project Management. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Existing experience of managing Water and Waste water projects.
An understanding of the construction/utilities/water industry.
An understanding of legal documentation.
Business management skills.
Knowledge of water industry standards, regulations, and best practices in the UK
Driving License: Essential.
