We're currently looking to hire a Fund Oversight Analyst to join L&G Asset Management.
As Fund Oversight Analyst you'll provide operational oversight and support for the valuation activities of Funds outsourced to Third Party Administrators, and to oversee the timely and accurate publication of unit prices across SICAV, UCITS ICAV, QIAIF ICAV, CCF, QIAIF, Liquidity, ETF, CIT and Pooled Funds
Unit Price Oversight

Undertaking the price validation process for SICAV, UCITS ICAV, QIAIF ICAV, CCF, QIAIF, Liquidity, ETF, CIT and Pooled Funds on a daily and weekly basis within strict deadlines, by performing tolerance checks against benchmarks or comparative data.
Identifying areas of concern, and suggest enhancements to procedures where weaknesses or potential efficiencies are identified, to demonstrate a clear and risk based approach to outsourcing arrangements Fund Oversight Processes
Undertaking operational controls within the London Fund Oversight team, ensuring the Third Party Administrators receive relevant data for the production of fund valuations and operating controls to ensure compliance with regulations (eg Fund Manager sign off)
Ensuring that timely responses are provided to the TPA or internal stakeholders, such that valuations are completed in an accurate but timely manner Regulatory Oversight and Relationship Management
Maintaining operational relationships within LGIM and across the outsourced relationships, ensuring that each performs their duty in accordance with regulatory guidelines, liaising with fund managers, operational teams and associated stakeholders to ensure swift and accurate resolution of issue Breach Reporting and Root Cause
Analysing, investigating interpreting and communicating the cause of breaches, to propose enhancements to current processes to mitigate risks to outsourced products, and to ensure a tight Root Cause effectiveness programme is in place
Completing the monthly oversight of Third Party Administrator produced performance returns, the subsequent fund manager approval process and the delivery of data to internal stakeholders Fund Oversight Processes
Strong knowledge of SICAV, UCITS ICAV, QIAIF ICAV, CCF, QIAIF, Liquidity, ETF, with good knowledge of Unit Trusts, OEIC, ACS, CIT and Pooled Funds
A strong understanding of regulatory standards for pricing and valuations within the UK and internationally
IOC Levels 1-3 beneficial
Suitable financial services industry experience required
