Contract: Full Time, Permanent
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Kier Construction, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising project costs from inception to completion, ensuring value for money while adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Lead cost planning and commercial management throughout the entire life cycle of projects.
Conduct comprehensive risk, value management, and cost control exercises.
Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor project finances, manage variations, and prepare detailed financial reports.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
You hold a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
You possess strong knowledge of construction processes, contract law, and industry regulations.
You have a proven track record in cost planning, budget management, and financial reporting.
You are proficient in using industry-specific software and tools.
